Everything you need to know about the product and billing.
WhatsApp Web links a number through a session on your phone — same idea as WhatsApp Web in the browser. It’s easy to set up and fine for everyday chats, auto replies, and smaller sends. WhatsApp Cloud runs on Meta’s official Cloud API. That’s the better fit when you send a lot: bulk campaigns, higher volume, Meta message templates, and a more stable API path. If mass messaging is your main use case, Cloud (on the Whatsapp Business plan) is the one we’d point you to.
Only if you use WhatsApp Cloud. For WhatsApp Web plans (Single and Standard), you can connect your number and start without Meta Cloud setup. If you later move to Cloud features, you’ll connect through Meta as part of that flow.
Yes. None of our plans put a monthly cap on how many messages you can send — volume is unlimited on every package. What changes by plan is how many WhatsApp accounts you can connect (and whether Cloud is included), not a message quota. WhatsApp itself may still slow or flag aggressive bulk sending, so pace large campaigns sensibly.
Yes. You can upgrade when you need more accounts or Cloud access. If you’re unsure where to start, Single is enough for one number; Standard fits small teams with a few numbers; Business is for higher volume and Cloud.
Yearly billing is the same plan features as monthly, billed for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate shown on the pricing page (about 20% off). You keep the same account limits, tools, and integrations for that plan.
Sessions can disconnect — phone logout, WhatsApp updates, or long inactivity are common reasons. When that happens, reconnect from the dashboard (scan QR / link again). We also notify you when a reconnect is needed so campaigns don’t keep failing silently.
Yes. Active plans include the listed platform integrations (WHMCS, WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart, WISECP). Each integration has its own setup docs; you connect it after your Waclient account is active.
Yes. Plans include developer API access and webhooks, so you can send messages, listen for events, and plug Waclient into your own system. Full endpoint docs are on our API documentation pages.
Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, connected sessions and plan features stop with the subscription. Export anything you need (contacts, message history where available) before the plan ends.
Start with Whatsapp Single if you have one number and want to try broadcasts, autoresponder, and the API. Move to Standard when you need more Web accounts or auto-reply limits, and to Business when you need Cloud accounts or Meta templates.
